Razorz - I plan to make every map better than the last! well at least try to anyway hehehe... This project has been in my mind for a long time and I think after the re-release of "The Last Train to Marsville" I will put out no more levels for a while and focus on building the episode as quickly as I can... It's great to release the levels one-by-one like some mappers, but I'm going for a long and immersive experience, so it makes sense for me to wait and release them all in one package, in the future.

Putting out just one level took you many years so my suggestion is to keep releasing levels one by one.

Moreover, quietly releasing them one-by-one on the forum does not preclude also releasing them together in one package later.  This will not spoil the experience as much as you may think.  By the time the final pack is released, players will have only a vague memory of most of the maps, or none at all if they are new players.  Plus if the maps are good (and judging by your first map they will be) people won't mind at all playing through them again.  As a bonus, you will get better feedback for improving the maps than you would get from mere beta testing.

Well, I have nothing against new releases. I´m also trying to finish my map, too, but because of it´s BIG size (over 890 kilobytes now) I have  to manage to make it more consistent and non-misleading, especially in flow. Be ready.

So, what is this project called? Secret, uh?

Sad to say, along with an unexpected health issue which prevented me from using the computer for awhile, recently a virus locked my machine and I tried everything to save what I could, to no end...

I lost all my data and I hadn't backed anything up, so Mars Base project is cancelled indefinately... I of course lost the .grp and as I am a poor student living on my own, I haven't got the funds or credit card to purchase a new copy online anytime soon

Just wanted to let the community know,  and ty all for having me

cheers,

- Chris (reflex17)

They say that end of the world comes in 2012 (something like that), but I´d say that it came right now.

Dead fucking serious:

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Just when the summer holiday started!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Now I´ve got more time for mapping!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Umm, what did I just say?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

OK, it´s great that I´ve got more time now, but still...

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
