Was playing some TF2 earlier today when randomly the server switched to... Hotel Hell. I was quite surprised.

The layout is very faithful to the original map, but gameplay wise it has quite a few gameplay flaws, since this kind of layout was obviously not designed for TF2.

That was cool anyway, besides the fucking BLOOM and the lack of wall shading (does the source engine even have those?).

Horrible low-res textures. (And no, you cannot shade walls individually like in Duke.)

Wow... What a coincidence! I was thinking that I could turn cp_dustbowl into a single player map for Duke  Cheesy

Wow! That would be great to play TF2 on old good Duke maps Smiley But that textures look terrible - HRP ones would look much better. Would you please share that server's IP address with us? I would play it with pleasure Smiley

Actually it's not a map that was in the normal rotation of the server, one of the admin was there and showed more "original" and "random" maps people asked.

I've just uploaded the map here though:

This would be the best remake of a Duke Nukem map that I have seen on the source engine.

The great thing about this one is that it's not an exact rip off. Thumbs up
