This is a great flash game:

Kept me smiling for about 90 minutes.  You control a catapult and you shoot different types of projectiles at a distant castle to destroy it and kill everyone inside.  The castles get harder and better built, but there's usually a trick that will destroy them in one or two shots.  The physics are quite good for a 2D flash game and the deaths are hilarious.

Yeah, it's pretty fun. Was surprised to find out that I could continue from where I left off the last time I played the game four days ago. I'm on the continent where you need to use the firebomb.

It's a fun game, and I hope they make another sequel.  Maybe they could do something with artillery and more modern structures.

When you finish the campaign, they encourage you to play user made castles, but most of those suck.  In many cases the people submitting them didn't even test them for structural integrity, and the castle collapses before you even get a chance to shoot at it.

I wasted the most (36 shots) in the first electrical map, "electrical problems", trying to hit a small piece of iron wall hoping it'd electrocute the enemy. When I finally hit the wall, the enemy didn't get electrocuted for some reason. It was only then that I noticed I could choose my weapon.

I gave it a try some days ago but i should have read the instructions because i couldn“t do shit.

Yeah, I skipped the instructions as well, which led me to waste an awful lot of shots in the first map, trying to hit the ramp directly.

I had played Crush the Castle 1 a few days earlier, so for me it was obvious what to do and a nice upgrade.

Once you finish the campaign, it's fun to go back and get gold medals for all the castles.  You can play them again any time to improve your score, and you get to use any equipment you have acquired.  So, for example, you could use triple bombs or acid in the first continent.
