Very nicely set out map taking place in and around an abandoned mine shaft - gameplay is intense and there's never a moment's rest, as monsters come at you hard and heavy. Layout and design is of high quality; texturing, shading - nothing to complain about. Conserve your ammo and be vigilant and finishing this level shouldn't present too much of a problem.
